Shar Pei Savers | Happy Endings
We found our forever homes!
Faye & Ginger
01/09/2010Another double happy ending for our SPS dogs! Florence, now Faye was adopted by Doug Jacobs of Wisconsin. Shortly after that, Doug also adopted Shannon, now Ginger. The two sisters are doing great, and get lots of comments on their striking resemblance.
Emma aka Ali
01/09/2010Emma (aka Ali) was adopted by the Nordby family of Antioch, IL. Lisa writes: "I can't say enough about how much I, my family, and Emma's new brother, Moe, a rescue from RASP, adore her. Emma sleeps with me and my husband every night and has taken the hearts of both of my sons as well. She is very, very precious. Each season is "our first summer with Emma," "our first football season with Emma," etc. All right, enough babbling. Our thanks for everyone involved in bringing her to us (Angie, Mary, Paula, etc.)."
Dottie
01/10/2010Dottie was adopted by her foster mom, Erika Loos of Evansville, WI. Dottie joins a Shar Pei brother, Tux, and has thrived after being fed a raw diet - both dogs couldn't be healthier. Special thanks to Stacey and Jerry Moore of Gahanna, OH for saving Dottie's life.
Kiko
01/09/2010Kiko was adopted by Katie Lazzaro of Saginaw, MI who writes: "Kiko loves her brother Cat and chases him around the house all day trying to lick him. Even more so, she loves her new sister, Willow, they play together all day and sleep side by side at night. Kiko loves meeting all the new people that come to the house and walks very well on a leash. She's always full of kisses, full of spunk, and full of love." Special thanks to Deborah Gordon, Angie Sanchez, and Judy Wale for everything they did for Kiko.
Tyler now Lucas
01/09/2010Tyler, now Lucas, was adopted by Josh and Kristin Heller. Kristin writes: "We just wanted to let you both know that we got home safe and are settling in nicely with Lucas (formally Tyler). He seems to like his new home and has made a big impression with everyone. Everyone thinks he's adorable! Lucas has a fantastic personality...he cuddles so much and is so friendly! We wanted to thank you again for allowing us this opportunity. We just love Lucas." Special thanks to Judy Wale for fostering to Lucas.
