Shar Pei Savers | Happy Endings
We found our forever homes!
Shakan now Dupree
01/09/2010Shakan, now Dupree, was adopted by his foster mom, Cheryl Svincek. Dupree joins SPS alum Tillie – and just loves his new family! Cheryl writes “I'm letting you know that Dupree is a gift from God. He makes me laugh from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. He is active, loves his new food, and he is kind and attentive to his new sister. He is smart, loyal and loving, and is also very secure and trusting. What more could anyone ask?” Thanks to everyone who helped rescue Dupree and find his new home.
Martin now Jiao Li
01/09/2010Martin (now Jiao Li) was adopted by Amanda and Jason Fellows of Milwaukee, WI. Amanda writes: "Words can't express how happy he is to be here, and we are to have him. Thanks again Shar-Pei Savers. You have the most wonderful adoption program. The program really worked for us as far as matching all of our lifestyles and personalities. Jiao and our family are perfect together! He came right in, and there was very little adjustment needed from any of us!" Special thanks to Kevin and Judy Wale of Midland, MI for fostering Martin. We are also grateful to Martin's Guardian Angels: Joyce Cliff (Eastpointe, MI) and Amy Fleenor (Louisville, KY).
Otto now Magoo
01/09/2010Otto (now Magoo) was adopted by Robert and Teresa Vogel of Fargo, ND. Bob writes: "Thanks a million for Magoo and a big thanks to the people who gave him up. They really are missing a once in the life time gift." Special thanks to Angie Sanchez of Toledo, OH for fostering Otto. We are also grateful to Otto's Guardian Angel: Nina Keneally (Stratford, CT).
Mia aka Holly
01/09/2010Mia (aka Holly) was adopted by Fred and Pat Michalski of Sussex, WI. Special thanks to Mary Hanovich of Frasier, MI for everything she did for Holly/Mia.
Mongo now Ted
01/09/2010Mongo (now Ted) was adopted by Doug and Collette Jacobs (right) from Waukesha, WI. Doug writes: "The two are doing great - they are great pals and love to play out in the yard." Special thanks to Cory and Cara Kapczynski (left) of Madison, WI, who fostered Mongo/Ted.
Lexie
01/09/2010Lexie, formerly Greta, was one of a litter of nine peibrador puppies (even though she looks like a rottweiller!) that ended up in the loving arms of a Shar Pei Savers volunteer. Here's what her new family, Jennifer and Brian, had to say about her: "She warmed up to us so nicely. She enjoys being in her crate a lot with a comfy bed inside. She has a new favorite squeak toy and also loves the Nylabones you suggested. At night we had her in the cage right next to us and she slept for 7 hours...no whining. Thanks for the wonderful new member of our family."
