Update!
Phelps is a young pup in a slightly older body. He is probably about 4-5
years old, but you would never know it to look at him. He has lots of
energy to keep up with whatever you want to do. Think about giving this guy
a home and some companionship.
Hi, I’m Phelps! I came into the local dog pound as a stray and just arrived in rescue so not much is known about me yet, but check back for updates! They guess I am about 5 years old. I will be seeing another vet soon for surgery on my eyes and further testing for the hair loss on my face, but I’m guessing with some TLC and good food I should be dashingly handsome in no time! I am a nice boy and I’ve gotten along with all the dogs I’ve met so far. I am probably housebroken based on keeping my cage clean at the shelter. I could sure use a guardian angel and also a forever home so if I seem like the right guy for your family please fill out an application and ask about me…Phelps! If not and you have a few dollars to spare would you please become my guardian angel? Thanks!
